    Terms of Sale

    1. Purpose

    These Terms of Sale govern the contractual relationship between Reach Flow and its Customers for the provision of LinkedIn automation services.

    2. Services provided

    Reach Flow provides SaaS services to automate prospecting and engagement on LinkedIn, including:

    • Prospect search and enrichment
    • Invitation and message campaign management
    • AI-assisted content creation
    • Analytics and reporting

    3. Pricing and payment

    Prices are shown in euros including tax on reachflow.fr. Two plans are offered:

    Payments are made by card through our secure payment provider Stripe. The subscription has no long-term commitment and can be canceled at any time.

    • Starter plan: €79/month (€63/month annually)
    • Pro plan: €120/month (€96/month annually)

    4. Trial period

    A free 7-day trial is offered to every new Customer. At the end of the trial, the subscription starts automatically unless canceled before the trial ends.

    5. Duration and termination

    The subscription is entered into for an indefinite period. The Customer may cancel at any time from their personal account.

    Reach Flow reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in case of non-payment or breach of these Terms.

    6. Customer obligations

    The Customer agrees to:

    • Provide accurate and up-to-date information
    • Use the service in accordance with LinkedIn terms of use
    • Not use the service for illegal or fraudulent purposes
    • Protect login credentials

    7. Warranties and liability

    Reach Flow undertakes to provide the service diligently. However, Reach Flow cannot be held liable for temporary interruptions, LinkedIn policy changes, inappropriate use or business results obtained by the Customer.

    8. Data protection

    Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR.

    9. Intellectual property

    All website and service content is the exclusive property of Reach Flow. Reproduction or use without authorization is prohibited.

    10. Changes to the Terms

    Reach Flow reserves the right to change these Terms. Customers will be informed of important changes by email.

    11. Applicable law and jurisdiction

    These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, French courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
